This website, seecowealth.com (the “Website”), is operated by Seeco Wealth Private Limited (formerly Navtantra Retail Private Limited), CIN U66120TN2011PTC081515, registered office 138, Luz Church Road, Mylapore, Chennai - 600004 (“Seeco”, “we”, “us”). Seeco is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-302614) and an APMI-registered Portfolio Management Services Distributor (APRN-01601). Seeco is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager or Alternative Investment Fund manager.
2. Acceptance. By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclosures. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. We may update these Terms at any time; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
3. Information only, not advice. Content on the Website, including articles on Wealth Insights, calculators (the Cashflow Generator, EMI Calculator and similar tools), games and newsletters, is general information for education. It is not investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or product in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful. Calculators give illustrative outputs based on the inputs and assumptions you enter; actual outcomes will differ. Please speak to us or your own professional advisers before acting.
4. Eligibility. The Website is meant for persons who are legally competent to contract under Indian law. Products shown may be restricted to certain investors (for example, accredited investors for some AIFs, or minimum ticket sizes for PMS). Nothing on the Website is directed at persons in any jurisdiction where its distribution would require us to be registered or licensed there.
5. Accuracy. We try to keep the Website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Information from third parties (AMCs, fund houses, data vendors, news sources) is believed to be reliable but has not been independently verified by us.
6. Intellectual property. All content, logos, text, graphics and software on the Website belong to Seeco or its licensors. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, republish, scrape or commercially exploit it without our written consent. Third-party marks belong to their owners.
7. Acceptable use. You will not: misuse the Website or attempt unauthorised access; introduce malware; use automated tools to extract data; submit false or misleading information; or use the Website to violate any law.
8. Enquiries and forms. Submitting a form or enquiry does not create a client relationship. A relationship begins only when you complete our onboarding (including KYC) and sign the Client Service Agreement. Information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party links. The Website may link to third-party sites (AMC portals, AMFI, SEBI, exchanges). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimer. The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. See our Disclosures page.
11. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seeco and its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of profit or investment value, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website or its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
12. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Seeco against claims and losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
13. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. Unresolved disputes will be settled by arbitration in Chennai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent, in English. Subject to this, the courts at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not limit your right to use the SEBI SCORES / Smart ODR grievance routes described on our Grievance page.
