Registrations. Seeco Wealth Private Limited (formerly Navtantra Retail Private Limited) is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, ARN-302614, and an APMI-registered Portfolio Management Services Distributor, APRN-01601. Registration does not imply endorsement or guarantee of performance by SEBI, AMFI, APMI or any regulator. You can verify our current registration status on the AMFI website (amfiindia.com) and the APMI website (apmiindia.org).

Our status. Seeco is a distributor. It is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Research Analyst or Portfolio Manager, and does not provide discretionary portfolio management.

Mutual funds.

Portfolio Management Services. PMS is offered by SEBI-registered Portfolio Managers, with a minimum investment of Rs 50 lakh as per SEBI rules. The portfolio manager, not Seeco, makes investment decisions. Returns are not guaranteed, performance may differ across clients, the portfolio manager’s fees (fixed, performance-linked, or both), brokerage and taxes reduce returns, and securities can lose value. Read the PMS provider’s Disclosure Document before investing. Seeco receives a share of fees from the PMS provider, which can create a conflict of interest.

Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). AIFs are privately pooled vehicles open to eligible investors, with a minimum commitment of Rs 1 crore (lower for employees, directors and certain accredited investors, per SEBI rules). They are illiquid, have lock-ins, may use leverage, may concentrate in a few investments, and may be affected by delays in project completions, exits and valuations. Category I, II and III AIFs have different risk profiles. Read the Private Placement Memorandum with a legal and tax adviser. Past performance does not predict future returns.

Structured debt, NCDs and unlisted securities. Listed and unlisted NCDs carry credit risk (the issuer may delay or fail to pay interest or principal), liquidity risk (unlisted instruments may be hard to sell and may not have a secondary market), interest-rate risk, reinvestment risk, and security risk (the strength of the underlying collateral and trustee mechanism). Credit ratings can change and are not a guarantee. Yields shown are indicative and pre-tax. Unlisted debentures are generally available only through private placement to eligible investors.

Global investing (LRS / GIFT City). Overseas investments are subject to the Liberalised Remittance Scheme limits, FEMA, tax collected at source (TCS), foreign taxes, currency movements, and the rules of the foreign jurisdiction. Foreign assets may be subject to estate or inheritance taxes. NRI investments are subject to FEMA, residency status, and repatriation rules for NRE/NRO accounts.

Insurance. Seeco does not sell or service insurance policies. Where we introduce you to a licensed insurer or intermediary, the policy is issued and serviced by that insurer. Read the policy document carefully before buying. Unit-linked policies carry market risk, and the premium paid is subject to risks associated with capital markets.

Tax and estate planning. General information only. Tax laws change, and outcomes depend on your facts. Confirm with your tax adviser or lawyer before acting.
